Our entire kitchen team has one thing in common: a love of food. They always cook with passion, a smile and respect for authentic flavour. The French cuisine on offer here blends traditional recipes with a contemporary interpretation. But it is not about being pretentious – it is just about fantastic-tasting food.

Take a look in the LIDO basement and the large LIDO prep kitchen on Speditionsstraße and you’ll find Florian Ohlmann and his young team creating exquisite French dishes. Ohlmann sees his food as “simple, straightforward and made to just simply be enjoyed – our cuisine is light, but generous; down-to-earth yet elegant. We only use the best fresh products. Anything that comes from the region and fits the season can be served.”
